BIO
I am a senior researcher at the French National Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE). In 2011-2020, I have been seconded from INRAE to work as a Scientific Project Officer at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC).
My research interests fall in the area of agricultural and environmental economics, with a specific focus on the impact assessment of policies using quantitative methods such as mathematical programming and econometrics.
In recent years, I conducted research activities on food security and poverty analysis in low income economies, mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
I hold an HDR in Economics from University of Lille, a PhD in Economics from University of Montpellier I, a master’s degree in Agricultural and Food Economics from SupAgro Montpellier and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from CIHEAM-IAM Montpllier.
